Onboard, top up, and assign
Everything you can do on a clinic’s behalf, without a Stripe payment.
Creates a pending clinic and emails the admin the same onboarding link the paid signup sends — no payment required. No seats are granted; add those from the Add Seats tab once the account is set up.
Seats are added to the clinic’s existing pool — nothing already assigned or pending is affected. The Essentials Bundle grants all three courses.
Assigns one of the clinic’s existing seats to a staff member and triggers their Kajabi course access — exactly what the clinic admin’s own dashboard does. A seat must already be available: super-admins cannot assign past a clinic’s seat count, so top the pool up under Add Seats first.
Applications
Review partner applications submitted through the public form. Approving one creates the partner account, their profile, and their referral link, then emails them a link to set a password.
Affiliates
Manage affiliates, their referrals, and commissions.

The staff member is emailed their course access by Kajabi. The seat stays pending until that grant is confirmed.
