MEET ANNE GENGE

Making complex risk easier to understand, and easier to act on.

Anne Genge is the founder of Myla Training Corp. and a healthcare privacy, cybersecurity, and AI risk specialist who helps dental leaders make confident decisions about the technology and information their practices depend on.

Her work sits at the intersection of privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and healthcare operations—helping practice owners understand not only where risk exists, but what they can practically do about it.

Anne brings specialized education and credentials spanning Canadian privacy, healthcare cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, including CIPP/C, CHCP, CHSRAS, AI Law studies through Queen’s University, and Healthcare AI education through Harvard Medical School.

But her approach isn't about making cybersecurity more technical. It's about making it more understandable.

Anne translates complex regulatory and technology risks into clear business decisions, helping owners and managers strengthen the systems, processes, and people behind a safer practice.

Her philosophy is simple:

  • Understand the risk. You can't manage what you can't see.
  • Make it practical. Recommendations need to work in a real healthcare environment—not just look good in a report.
  • Bring people into the solution. Technology and policies are only effective when the people using them understand why they matter.
  • Build for the long term. Privacy, cybersecurity, and AI safety aren't projects you finish. They are responsibilities that evolve with your practice.

“My goal isn't to turn practice owners into cybersecurity or privacy experts. It's to give them enough clarity to ask the right questions, make informed decisions, and know that the right safeguards are actually in place.”

— Anne Genge
