Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or purchasing from mylatraining.com. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of the Myla Training platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

 

SECTION 1

About Myla Training Corp

Myla Training Corp (“Myla Training,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Canadian corporation that operates a dental-specific cybersecurity, privacy, and AI training platform at mylatraining.com. Our platform offers online courses, downloadable templates and toolkits, and membership-based access to training resources designed exclusively for dental professionals and dental practice teams.

SECTION 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing mylatraining.com, creating a member account, completing a purchase, or downloading any content from our platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
  • You are accessing the platform for professional or educational purposes related to dental practice
  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy

 

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and purchasers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Myla Training reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or replace any product or service at any time without prior notice. Where a purchased product is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

 

SECTION 4

Member Accounts

Account Registration

To access purchased content or membership benefits, you must create an account on mylatraining.com. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Individual Use Only

Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Each account is licensed for use by one individual only. You must not:

  • Share your login credentials with any other person
  • Allow any other individual to access the platform using your account
  • Create multiple accounts for the purpose of sharing access
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform

 

Important: Sharing account credentials is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund. Each team member or staff person at a dental practice requires their own individual account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately through [CONTACT FORM URL].

 

SECTION 5

Purchases & Payment

Pricing

All prices displayed on mylatraining.com are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout in accordance with Canadian federal and provincial tax requirements.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Myla Training Corp does not store your credit card information. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method provided. You agree to Stripe’s terms of service in addition to these Terms.

Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us through [CONTACT FORM URL].

 

SECTION 6

Refund Policy

Myla Training Corp offers a 7-day refund period on eligible purchases, subject to the conditions below.

Renewal charges are non-refundable. Cancel before renewal to avoid future charges

 

To request a refund, please submit your request through [CONTACT FORM URL] within the eligible period, including your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Myla Training Corp reserves the right to decline a refund request where there is evidence of misuse, policy violation, or abuse of the refund process.

 

SECTION 7

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on the Myla Training platform — including but not limited to video courses, written materials, templates, toolkits, frameworks, tools, graphics, brand assets, the SAFE™ Framework, and the Myla Training name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of Myla Training Corp and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Licence to Members

Upon purchase or active membership, Myla Training Corp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use purchased content for your own personal and professional development within your dental practice. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Prohibited Uses

You must not, under any circumstances:

  • Reproduce, copy, duplicate, or redistribute any Myla Training content in any form
  • Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any content from the platform
  • Share course videos, templates, or materials with individuals who have not purchased access
  • Use Myla Training content to create derivative works, competing products, or training materials
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Upload, post, or publicly display any Myla Training content on external websites, social media, or platforms

 

Enforcement: Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Myla Training content is a serious violation of Canadian copyright law and these Terms. Myla Training Corp will pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and claims for damages, against any individual or organization found to be in breach.

 

SECTION 8

Continuing Education & Accreditation

Myla Training Corp is actively pursuing AGD PACE accreditation for its continuing education (CE) course content. Until accreditation is formally granted and confirmed in writing on this platform:

  • No Myla Training courses should be submitted for AGD PACE CE credit
  • Certificates of completion issued during this period reflect course participation only and do not constitute accredited CE credits
  • We will update this section and notify members promptly upon receiving formal AGD PACE accreditation

 

Members are responsible for verifying CE requirements with their provincial dental regulatory body or association. Myla Training Corp makes no representation that any specific course satisfies the CE requirements of any dental licensing body, association, or regulatory authority.

 

SECTION 9

Educational Disclaimer

The courses, templates, tools, and all other content provided by Myla Training Corp are designed for educational and informational purposes to support dental professionals in understanding cybersecurity, privacy, and AI governance concepts as they apply to dental practice.

 

Important: Myla Training Corp does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that completion of any course or use of any template or tool will result in regulatory compliance, satisfy any legal obligation, or prevent a cybersecurity incident or data breach. Every dental practice has unique circumstances, systems, and risk profiles.

 

Members are encouraged to apply training content in the context of their own practice environment and to seek qualified legal, privacy, or cybersecurity counsel where specific compliance advice is required.

 

Nothing on the Myla Training platform constitutes legal advice, privacy compliance certification, or a guarantee of any specific outcome.

 

SECTION 10

Acceptable Use

By using the Myla Training platform, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Canadian law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or Myla Training’s systems
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or disruptive content through the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its infrastructure
  • Use the platform to collect or harvest personal information about other members
  • Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials when using the platform
  • Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of Myla Training Corp or its content

 

SECTION 11

Account Termination & Suspension

Termination by Myla Training

Myla Training Corp reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

  • Violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or misuse any platform content in violation of Section 7
  • Engage in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to the platform or other members
  • Provide false or misleading information at registration or during use of the platform

 

Upon termination for cause, your access to all content and certificates will be revoked immediately and without refund. Myla Training Corp further reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages arising from the violation.

Termination by Member

You may cancel your account or membership at any time by contacting us through [CONTACT FORM URL]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period for subscriptions. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund outside of the 7-day refund window described in Section 6.

 

SECTION 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Ontario and Canadian law, Myla Training Corp, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content.

 

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if Myla Training Corp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

In no event shall Myla Training Corp’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount paid by you to Myla Training Corp in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

SECTION 13

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Myla Training platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Myla Training Corp does not warrant that:

  • The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The content will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose
  • Any errors or defects in the platform will be corrected

 

Your use of the platform and reliance on any content is entirely at your own risk.

 

SECTION 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the platform, or any purchase made through mylatraining.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

 

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Myla Training Corp through [CONTACT FORM URL].

 

SECTION 15

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Myla Training Corp with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure by Myla Training Corp to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Myla Training Corp. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
